We guarantee the authenticity and quality of every product sold in our store. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a full refund under the following conditions:

Return conditions

• Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which it arrived.

Refund process

• The refund is processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
• If you paid electronically (credit card), the amount is refunded to your card.
• Depending on your bank, the refund may take up to a month to appear on your card statement.
• The refunded amount covers the paid product value only; the store is not responsible for the reshipping cost of an unwanted product.

Non-returnable products

• Clearance products.
• Products that are not in their original condition, have been opened, tampered with, or damaged.
• Products whose serial number does not match our records.

Wrong or incorrect items

If you receive a wrong or incorrect item, or one whose specifications differ from those shown on the website, we will arrange its collection and replacement free of charge, provided it is returned in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging and wrapping undamaged.
