Depth, Retold

My grandfather's house in Al Ain was not known by its number... but by its scent.

I knew we had guests before I ever saw them — fragrance arrives before everything: oud in the mabkhara, dehn drawn along the guests' hands, and dokhoun clinging to garments so they carry it home. My grandfather would turn the pieces of oud between his fingers like a man reading a letter, then choose and say:
The guest deserves it... and fragrance knows its own.

That is how I learned that fragrance, in our homes, is not a luxury... but a language of generosity.
The question that started it all
I grew up in this world and learned its secrets: how oud is graded, how genuine dehn is recognised, and how a lasting perfume is composed. But one sight pained me: people paying large sums for fragrance that did not deserve it, buying on trust... and sometimes on luck.
So I asked myself: why should this knowledge stay with a few... and never reach every home?
From this question, Deep Perfume was born — a complete fragrance house, not just a shop: oud we sort piece by piece and grade into five honest tiers; perfumes with oil concentration up to 30% because we judge them by our forefathers' standard — longevity and projection; and dehn, dokhoun and home sprays that complete the ritual of fragrance in your home, from beginning to end.
And no fake discounts... the price you see is honest, as honest as every description written on our bottles.
From my grandfather's house... to your door
Today, in every bottle, mabkhara and pack that leaves Deep, we do what my grandfather did — we choose for you as though you were our guest... because you truly are.
